Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
